MANAMA: Bahrain will host the 29th Annual Middle East Petroleum and Gas Conference (MPGC 2022) on Monday and Tuesday at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay Under the patronage of Oil Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
The event will attract senior officials in local, regional and international oil companies from 25 countries to discuss the main issues and challenges facing regional and global oil and gas markets.
The minister commended the efforts of the ‘Conference Connection’ company to organise the 29th edition of MPGC in the kingdom, confirming the distinguished reputation of Bahrain as a major host for various specialised events and oil projects.
He thanked the participants in the global event, including CEOs and heads of international oil and gas companies, senior government officials, policymakers, international oil traders, energy experts, analysts and leading organisations in the energy sector.
He said that the participants will discuss important specialised topics, including energy markets, Middle East trade and price shift, LNG trading outlook, future fuels and energy transition, and changing refining landscape towards another golden age.
He said that the event provides a platform to exchange information and experiences in various specialised topics and find appropriate solutions.
