Bahrain is hosting a paralympic badminton training camp which concludes tomorrow.
The three-day event, which began yesterday, is being held under the supervision of Badminton Asia.
The training is being conducted by Frenchman Guillaume Gailly, Brunei’s Zuni Ali and Badminton Asia development officer Sambenthan Sivaperumal, from Malaysia.
Twenty-two players from Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Lebanon and Tajikistan are taking part.
Bahrain will also host a training course for coaches on the sidelines of the 1st International Paralympic Badminton Championship which will be held from May 16-22.
