The final batch of a Bahrain Motor Federation (BMF) team, comprising more than 500 race and administrative officials along with marshals, arrived today in Kuala Lumpur ahead of the Formula One Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia 2026, the BMF has announced.
The F1 race weekend is taking place outside of the kingdom for the first time at Sepang International Circuit from October 2 to 4.
The BMF delegation, which includes both men and women, will now begin their final preparations on site for the kingdom's highly anticipated grand prix.
The BMF is set to play a major role in the event, highlighting its commitment to maintaining Bahrain's active presence in the organisation of major international races and to share the experience and expertise gained by Bahraini personnel over many years of work at the highest levels of motorsport, the BMF said in a statement.
