Police are investigating the sudden death of an Indian expatriate teenager.
The 14-year-old from Ranni, Kerala, died yesterday and the concerned authorities are investigating the cause of death and are treating it as a possible suicide.
His parents were said to be ‘inconsolable’ and are helping police with their enquiries.
Residents in the area watched in stunned silence as the Indian School Bahrain pupil’s body was transported from his Salmaniya home to a nearby mortuary.
