Bahrain Chamber president Sameer Nass has officially taken over the presidency of the Union of Arab Chambers at its 133rd session held in Bahrain.
He said his priority will be to support efforts to increase the volume of intra-Arab exports and boost trade exchange between Arab countries.
During Bahrain’s presidency, private sector development to achieve economic and social well-being in Arab countries will be among the kingdom’s priorities, he noted.
Bahrain will also exert serious efforts to develop a road map to enhance Arab economic co-operation, he added.
