Kooheji Development has launched its new mixed-use project Onyx SkyView on the sideline of Cityscape Bahrain 2022.
Onyx SkyView is an architectural marvel with three interlocking towers that create a unique visual signature with staggered balconies offering bayside views from the homes, a minimal office façade, and the modern exteriors of the retail section.
Three different exterior cladding colours give three distinct identities to the development.
The mixed-use development boasts 435 ultra-luxury residences, 40 Offices, and 7 retail units.
Spanning an area of 100,000sqm, the new mixed-use development is set in a prime location in Bahrain Bay, opposite the iconic Four Seasons.
Over 53 levels of interconnected offices, retail and living spaces, the towers rise up to a commanding 200mts.
The development features spacious grounds with terraces of green outdoor spaces and dedicated residents-only amenities, 8 elevators, multi-level parking space for 700 cars, 10 floors of offices with four offices per floor.
Including an area of 3,800sqm dedicated to resorts-style indoor and outdoor amenities are key features that are exclusively for residents, including active and passive entertainment activities zones, such as indoor multipurpose hall, VIP lounge, café, cinema, separate gyms for men and women, play area, outdoor water features including levelled decks with waterfalls cascading between pools, outdoor fitness areas with lap infinity pool, and a lazy river surrounded by fire-pit spots.
The 435 homes at Onyx SkyView range in size from studios to 1,2 and 3.5 bedroom apartments, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering panoramic views of the Manama skyline from the bedrooms and living spaces.
New classic wooden flooring designs, cool stone finishes, and panelled walls bring natural touches to balance the impact of the expansive glazing.
Optional and extra interior design packages commissioned will be available to buyers by Kooheji to provide the perfect balance of the new classic craftsmanship with contemporary styling cues in the interior pallets of the living spaces to provide a delicate harmony between the sensation of openness and warming intimacy.
