Kooheji Development, Bahrain’s leading real estate company and Kooheji Contractors, have initiated construction on Onyx SkyView – the second project in their Onyx series.
Situated in the heart of Bahrain Bay, this latest addition to the series promises to transform the skyline with an unmatched luxury design.
The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by the company’s board of directors and prominent stakeholders, signifies a new chapter in the distinguished trajectory of Kooheji Development and its construction affiliate, paving the way for another architectural masterpiece in Bahrain.
Kooheji Contractors has been appointed as the main contractor of the project and with the start of construction, Kooheji Development is now one step closer to making this unique and exciting development a reality.
Featuring a grand main entrance facing the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, Onyx SkyView is spread over an area of 108,000sqm and comprises luxury residences, offices as well as an attractive retail unit along the two sides of the project.
The project consists of 435 luxury residential apartments distributed over 53 floors, in addition to 40 offices distributed over 10 floors with four offices on each floor and seven shops.
The spacious and ultra-luxury residences at Onyx SkyView are a carefully curated collection of studios, one-, two- and 3.5-bedroom apartments combining distinctive design, and inspired lifestyle inclusions in the best layouts and space planning within the Kooheji Development residential towers portfolio.
Onyx SkyView will be nestled in spacious grounds complete with architectural terraces of green outdoor spaces and features dedicated residents-only amenities in a double-height indoor floor as well as outdoors over a 3,800sqm area.
