A memorandum of understanding aimed at establishing a long term strategic partnership focused on career development opportunities and community projects was signed by Hilton Bahrain and Alia National School.
The agreement was signed Hilton HR director Ryan Dayaday and the Sitra school’s president and director Dr Shaikha Rania bint Ali Al Khalifa, who expressed her gratitude to the hotel for its initiative
The partnership aims to provide students with valuable real-world experience including training and internship programmes in Hilton’s various department, customised training workshops for children with special needs and joint community service projects.
“We are deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of hospitality leaders,” said Mr Dayaday.
“This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to provide young people with the resources and support they need to develop.
“We look forward to working closely with the school to create impactful experiences that will empower students and strengthen our local ties.”
