His Majesty King Hamad has extended congratulations to the people of Bahrain and the Islamic nation on the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), highlighting the enduring values of mercy, compassion and peace inherent in the Prophet’s life and teachings.
In a message on the occasion, the King noted that the Prophet’s message called for mercy for all, promoting brotherhood, harmony and the rejection of division and conflict, while instilling morals and values of tolerance and peace.
His Majesty urged the people of Bahrain to draw guidance from the Prophet’s life as a shining example of honesty, sincerity and service to others, and to incorporate these principles into their daily actions. “These values have long defined the Bahraini society, strengthening its cohesion and deepening awareness and loyalty among its people,” he said.
He expressed pride in the kingdom’s blessings, foremost among them security and stability, describing them as the foundation of development, the key to progress, and the nation’s strongest safeguard. The King commended the Bahraini people for their enduring loyalty and sense of belonging, which have preserved these blessings across generations.
He stressed that the tragedies of ongoing regional conflicts and the loss of innocent lives, particularly among children, women and the elderly, underscore the importance of preserving national solidarity and rejecting division and conflict. His Majesty prayed for relief and protection for the people of Palestine and the Gaza Strip, and that Allah the Almighty would safeguard their lives and grant them peace after this hardship.
The King also prayed to Allah the Almighty to preserve the kingdom’s unity, security and prosperity, and to support its citizens in serving their faith, nation and the wider community.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the noble legacy of the Prophet and the values of tolerance, moderation and coexistence, noting that under the King’s leadership, Bahrain has become a model of solidarity and harmony.
The King responded with a cable of thanks to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing him continued health and success in leading government efforts to achieve Bahrain’s development goals.
His Majesty exchanged cables of congratulations with Arab and Islamic leaders on the occasion, wishing them health and happiness, and their countries and peoples continued progress, development and prosperity.
