A dynamic holistic health-focused week-long initiative encouraging BMMI employees to prioritise their physical and mental health was recently organised by the company.
BMMI hosted its annual Wellness Week, a dynamic initiative held during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and coinciding with World Mental Health Day.

The event underscored the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of care, inclusion and sustainability, which are core pillars of its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.

A programme of diverse wellness experiences was curated for the team, including medical and eye checkups, dental consultations, oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, breast screenings for women, foot reflexology, hypnotherapy, facials, art and painting therapy, flower arranging, matcha-making, team-building challenges and self-defence workshops for both men and women.

To positively impact the lives of its people and the wider community, BMMI also offered interactive sessions such as customised face mask workshops, informative health talks and a men’s grooming station.
