MOTOR City, the exclusive distributor of Isuzu vehicles in Bahrain, was honoured with the distinguished 3-Star award at the Isuzu Global Aftersales Awards 2025, held in Japan.
Representing the highest level of aftersales excellence within Isuzu’s global network, the award was presented by Isuzu Motors, Japan president Shinsuke Minami and received on behalf of Motor City by its service head Padmanabhan Narayanan.
This accolade places Motor City among an elite group of 10 countries worldwide out of 65 participating markets to achieve the 3-Star Award, marking a major milestone for the company and Bahrain’s automotive sector.
The recognition is further strengthened by the company’s impressive 92 per cent evaluation score, a testament to its continuous pursuit of service excellence.
