Several ministries and government entities yesterday marked Bahraini Women’s Day, held annually on December 1 and celebrated this year under the theme ‘Bahraini Women: Distinction, Creativity, Innovation’. Officials congratulated His Majesty King Hamad, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of the King and president of the Supreme Council for Women .
