His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued an edict regarding the restructuring of the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank, based on a proposal by the Housing and Urban Planning Minister and following the Cabinet’s approval.
According to the edict, the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank shall be restructured under the chairmanship of the Housing and Urban Planning Minister, with the following members: Mohammed Abdulrahman Bucheeri, Reem Abdulghaffar Al Alawi, Isa Abdullah Zainal, Nabeel Saleh Abdulaal, Najla Mohammed Al Shirawi, Mubarak Nabeel Matar, Abdullatif Khalid Abdullatif and Balsam Ali Al Salman .
