Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) presented a cheque to the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) as part of its Platinum sponsorship, underscoring the company’s commitment to empowering Bahraini youth.
BBK group chief executive officer Yaser Alsharifi handed over the donation to Crown Prince’s Court adviser for political and economic affairs and CPISP financial and administrative committee head Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa.
Shaikh Mohammed underscored the unwavering support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the CPISP, highlighting his commitment to investing in the kingdom’s youth by empowering them with advanced skills and knowledge.
He also emphasised the programme’s role in providing high-quality educational opportunities that enable the Bahraini youth to contribute to the kingdom’s development.
Shaikh Mohammed expressed his appreciation to BBK for its Platinum sponsorship, which supports the development of outstanding Bahraini students by giving them access to leading international universities.
Mr Alsharifi commended HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s unwavering efforts to strengthen Bahrain’s educational and training programmes.
