Central Bank of Oman Governor Ahmed bin Jaafar Al Musalmi has commended the deep-rooted ties between Bahrain and Oman and highlighted the significant progress and growth in relations across various developmental sectors, particularly within the financial and banking industries.
The central bank governor was speaking as he received Bahrain’s Ambassador to Oman Dr Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi.
Ambassador Dr Al Kaabi underscored the importance of further strengthening co-operation to serve mutual interests, expressing his aspiration for enhanced co-ordination and closer financial and banking ties in the period ahead.
The meeting also involved discussions on strengthening bilateral co-operation, elevating it to further levels, and exchanging pioneering expertise and experience between the two countries in these sectors.
