Several Paraguay supporters were left in utter disbelief when their television subscription expired at the worst possible moment during a crucial penalty shootout against Germany.
In a video that has since gone viral, fans are seen tensely watching the deciding penalty during Paraguay's Round of 16 match. Right before the spot-kick was taken, a pop-up message appeared on the screen informing them that their subscription had expired.
The screen cut to black at the exact moment of impact, leaving the room in brief despair. However, when the broadcast resumed a few seconds later, it revealed that Paraguay had scored and won the match, sending the fans into wild celebrations.
At the time of writing, the footage had already accumulated more than 260,000 views on X.
