The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defence announced on Friday that the armed forces detected seven hostile drones within Kuwaiti airspace during the past 24 hours and dealt with them according to established procedures.
This came in a statement by the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence, Colonel Saud Al Atwan, during the media briefing on current developments and operational events in light of the Iranian attacks on Kuwait.
Colonel Al Atwan stated that the heinous Iranian aggression resulted in the targeting of a number of vital installations belonging to the National Guard on Thursday night, resulting in injuries to several of its personnel.
He indicated that they are currently receiving treatment and their conditions are stable.
