Education Minister Dr Mohammed Juma has announced the launch of the ‘Imkan’ programme, offering free evening online revision classes.
The programme targets students in Grade 9, secondary schools, and technical and vocational education in government schools, in preparation for final exams for the second semester.
The minister said the programme will include 41 subjects delivered through 82 virtual sessions via the ministry’s online platform on Microsoft Teams, led by selected teachers to support students’ understanding of core subjects.
He added that participation is optional and that students will receive access links according to scheduled timetables, allowing them to join sessions and interact directly with teachers to ask questions.
