Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani received Air Marshal Martin Sampson, Executive Director of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) – Middle East, at the ministry’s headquarters.
The two sides discussed avenues for co-operation and co-ordination between the Foreign Ministry and the institute, and ways to further develop this co-operation in support of shared objectives.
They also reviewed regional and international developments, as well as issues of shared interest.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Saeed Abdulkhaliq Saeed, head of the co-ordination and follow up sector at the Foreign Ministry.
