100 Italian pastry chefs based in London have set a new Guinness World Record for the longest tiramisu.
Led by Italian entrepreneur Mirko Ricci and the London branch of the Federation of Italian Chefs, the 1,440-foot-long dessert was crafted using 19,000 eggs, 400kg of sugar, and 128,000 biscuits. According to Chef Carmelo Carnevale, the record-breaking creation stood over 8cm tall and 15cm wide.
