The Fuel Pricing and Monitoring Committee announced fuel prices for the local market in the Kingdom of Bahrain for May, in line with the approved pricing mechanism and reflecting global market changes.
The committee said the new prices will take effect from May 2, covering Jeyyid (91), Mumtaz (95), Super (98), and diesel, as follows:
- Jayyid (91): BD 0.233 per litre
- Mumtaz (95): BD 0.269 per litre
- Super (98): BD 0.362 per litre
- Diesel: BD 0.229 per litre
The committee confirmed that diesel support for Bahraini fishermen will continue. It added that it will monitor global market developments and take necessary measures to ensure balanced pricing in line with economic conditions.
