UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan has affirmed the UAE’s full support for the measures taken by Bahrain to safeguard its security, preserve its sovereignty and national achievements, and confront any threats to its stability.
He emphasised that the security of the kingdom is an integral part of the security of the UAE and the GCC states, underscoring the UAE’s unwavering support for Bahrain.
GCC Secretary General Jasem Al Budaiwi expressed the council’s solidarity with Bahrain in all sovereign measures it takes to enhance and protect the security of its people and its stability.
