Youth Affairs Minister Rawan Tawfiqi has announced the launch of the sixth edition of the national ‘Lamea’ project, which represents a renewed milestone in the journey of empowering young talents.
The initiative embodies the inspiring vision of His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in investing in Bahraini youth as the nation’s real assets and the main driver of future-making.

She noted that the project undergoes continuous evaluation and development across its components and outputs to maintain its leadership and distinction. She also explained that the new edition includes qualitative tracks focusing on strengthening concepts of institutional governance, expanding applications of artificial intelligence, and linking academic aspects with practical applications through modern training methods, in addition to consolidating partnerships with leading local and regional institutions.
