Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak chaired a meeting of co-operation committee between the Capital Trustees Board, municipal councils, and government entities in the presence of representatives of relevant government entities and heads of municipal councils.
The minister emphasised the importance of continuing co-ordination and integration between government entities and municipal councils to support the efficient implementation of projects and plans and enhance the quality and efficiency of services in line with development goals and sustainability efforts.
The committee reviewed current and future projects and plans related to the youth, health, electricity, water, municipalities, and agriculture sectors, including programmes and initiatives aimed at developing services, strengthening infrastructure, supporting food security, and empowering youth.
The meeting also discussed additional items on the agenda.
