MP Jalal Kadhem Al Mahfoudh has highlighted the role of Bahraini parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening solidarity and unified parliamentary positions regarding regional developments, while stressing the importance of dialogue and diplomatic solutions to preserve regional security and stability.
Mr Al Mahfoudh was part of the Bahrain’s parliamentary division delegation in the 18th General Assembly of the Arab Scout Parliamentarians Union, held in Morocco.
He affirmed that Bahrain has become a leading model in consolidating the rule of law and institutions, promoting citizenship, coexistence and tolerance, and supporting joint Arab action, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He also praised the strong national unity and public solidarity demonstrated across Bahrain under the leadership of the King, commending the efforts of the armed forces and all security and civil authorities.
