The Royal Oman Police have arrested a man who ran over another citizen with his car in the North Al Batinah Governorate.
The suspect allegedly deliberately attacked the victim with his vehicle following a dispute between them. The victim later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities are currently completing the necessary legal proceedings against the accused.
