His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan received Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan, Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs, in Dushanbe, on the sidelines of his participation in the Fourth High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development†.
The minister conveyed to HE President Rahmon the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, along with their wishes for the Republic of Tajikistan and its people further progress and prosperity.
HE President Rahmon relayed his greetings to HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as his wishes to the Kingdom of Bahrain for continued progress and prosperity.
The minister praised the ties and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Tajikistan, noting the continued growth and progress in bilateral relations across various sectors.
He also highlighted the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, describing it as a significant milestone that reflects the deep ties and the advanced level of cooperation achieved through mutual respect and a shared commitment to strengthening partnership and coordination.
The minister also congratulated HE President Rahmon on the successful organisation of the conference and the positive outcomes achieved, which will contribute to supporting regional and international cooperation in areas of common interest.
