The Education Ministry announced yesterday the secondary stage results for the academic year 2025-2026 with a pass rate reaching 96 per cent, and opened the appeals process for students wishing to re-consider their grades.
Education Minister Dr Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma congratulated the students and top achievers on their success and distinction, thanking their parents for their continuous support and follow-up.
He emphasised that all high-achieving students in the General Secondary Education Certificate with grades ranging from 90pc to 100pc will be offered opportunities to pursue their higher education through the scholarship and overseas scholarship programmes provided by the ministry.
