A new satisfaction survey that covers services and projects for beneficiaries supported by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) has been launched.
The RHF in collaboration with the Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat), launched the Beneficiary Satisfaction Index as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and improve the quality of humanitarian services.
RHF said the study will measure the satisfaction of approximately 2,000 beneficiaries in accordance with the highest professional standards and scientific methodologies.
The project will include the design of appropriate survey tools, data collection and analysis using modern statistical and analytical methods, and the preparation of a comprehensive report containing key findings and recommendations to strengthen institutional performance.
The foundation’s acting secretary-general Ebrahim Aldoseri said the initiative demonstrates its dedication to applying scientific methodologies to evaluate its services, and listening to beneficiaries’ feedback.
Derasat chief executive officer Abdulla Alahmed affirmed that the survey reflects the centre’s national role in supporting evidence-based decision-making by providing accurate and up-to-date data based on rigorous scientific and statistical methodologies.
The 2025 RHF annual report stated that the number of sponsored orphans and widows reached 10,857 in 2025, bringing the total number of beneficiaries since the foundation’s establishment to 31,794.
The foundation also distributed 2,458 school bags and implemented 180 programmes and events benefiting 6,878 participants, while 76 students received scholarships and academic grants.
A total of 4,480 beneficiaries received humanitarian assistance, including living, medical, marriage, debt relief, and educational support.
