More than 1,000 parishioners of St Mary’s Indian Orthodox Cathedral (SMIOC) came together for a loyalty pledge signing ceremony at the Salmaniya premises. The event was inaugurated by SMIOC president and vicar Reverend Father Thomaskutty PN, in the presence of Fr Kris Sebi, trustee John KP, secretary Abey Kuruvila and other managing committee members. They signed the pledge addressed to His Majesty King Hamad, demonstrating their allegiance, gratitude and support for Bahrain’s leadership. The programme reflected the strong bond between the Indian Orthodox community and the kingdom, highlighting the congregation’s appreciation for religious harmony and unity.
