The programme combines practical learning with professional development opportunities, enabling students to better understand the industry and the diverse career paths it offers.
Students will work alongside experienced professionals across a range of departments, including Motor Insurance, Medical Insurance, Sales, Compliance, Investment, Human Resources, Customer Service, Technical Underwriting, Accounting and Finance, Quality Assurance and Corporate Communications and Marketing.
Solidarity Bahrain’s deputy chief executive officer for corporate support Amer Janahi said: “At Solidarity, we believe that investing in Bahrain’s young talent is an investment in the kingdom’s future. Empowering the next generation with knowledge and practical experience is fundamental to building a more innovative, competitive and sustainable economy.
“Through the ‘Tamayaz’ programme, we reaffirm our commitment to bridging academic learning with practical application by providing students with a comprehensive training experience that enables them to develop their skills and gain valuable professional experience.
“We are proud to play a meaningful role in supporting initiatives that nurture local talent and strengthen the capabilities of Bahrain’s national workforce. Through these efforts, we contribute to the kingdom’s long-term ambitions for human capital development,” Mr Janahi added.
The programme forms part of Solidarity Bahrain’s ongoing commitment to supporting the development of national talent by providing students with practical workplace experience and exposure to the insurance sector. Through a structured training programme, students will gain first-hand insight into the operations of one of the kingdom’s leading insurance companies, while developing the professional and technical skills needed to support their future careers.
