The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) has signed an agreement with the Jerusalem Empowerment Fund for Development to support the Bahrain Endowment for Education and Orphans, a project dedicated to Dar Al Tifel Al Arabi Girls’ School in Jerusalem.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Jerusalem fund by its chairman Prince Turki Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and RHF’s acting secretary-general Ibrahim Aldoseri.
Prince Turki commended the signing of the agreement and praised the RHF for its continued humanitarian efforts in supporting nations.
He noted that Bahrain is the first to initiate an endowment project in Jerusalem, making the Bahrain Endowment for Education and Orphans the first initiative of its kind in Jerusalem.
The agreement aims to support the implementation of a sustainable endowment project serving the education sector and orphan care by contributing to the operational budget of the school in the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood.
The initiative will help expand educational opportunities while strengthening community empowerment through sustainable development initiatives that deliver a sustainable impact.
The agreement reflects the RHF’s ongoing efforts to expand its partnerships with development and humanitarian organisations and to implement strategic initiatives that support education and orphan care while advancing the principles of sustainable development.
It also reinforces RHF’s humanitarian mission of supporting nations through initiatives that invest in people and advance human development.
On the sidelines of the signing ceremony, the RHF participated as the guest of honour in the meeting of the board of trustees of the Jerusalem fund.
