MOTORSPORT – The Bahrain Motor Federation (BMF) participated in the ‘Safe Mobility 4 All and 4 Life’ programme, held in Cairo, Egypt by the International Automobile Federation (FIA) in cooperation with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
The programme aimed to promote road safety in the Middle East and North Africa, and it brought together representatives from FIA member federations and international experts to discuss national initiatives and partnerships that support road safety.
It also focused on ways to enhance the participants’ capabilities in designing and developing sustainable road safety projects and initiatives through an integrated training programme that covers legislation, infrastructure, vehicle safety, road user behaviour, and post-accident response.
Attending on behalf of Bahrain were BMF administrative affairs director Obay Al Dajani and BMF chief emergency and safety coordinator Ayoob Al Salman.
