Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) has signed up as ‘Strategic Sponsor’ for ‘The Market 2.0: Bahrain 2026’ conference, hosted by Bahrain Bourse in collaboration with the Arab Federation of Capital Markets (AFCM).
The event will take place on December 3 under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Held under the theme ‘Markets in Motion: Powering the Next Era of Trading,’ the conference will gather over 500 participants, including representatives from regional and international stock exchanges, regulatory authorities, brokerage firms, listed companies, institutional investors, and technology providers.
Key topics on the agenda include the modernisation of trading platforms, evolving execution strategies, liquidity access, market surveillance, and post-trade operations. Discussions will also highlight the role of automation, artificial intelligence, and real-time market infrastructure in driving transparency, efficiency, and operational resilience.
