Around 200 women across Bahrain benefited from the recently staged ‘Fit Mom’ campaign. The programme, focused on women’s health and organised by Juniors Club Bahrain, took place at King Hamad American Mission Hospital in A’ali.
It featured a panel discussion by medical experts, free body mass index checks, product giveaways, yoga and fitness activities, and more. A play area was set up for children too.
The event, the first in an ongoing campaign running until December, was launched to ‘express appreciation to mothers supporting their families’, the organisers added.
Juniors Club Bahrain is a community platform organising events, workshops and campaigns designed specifically for mothers, children and families.
