Asia Motors, a division of YK Almoayyed & Sons and the official distributor of SOUEAST in Bahrain, unveiled the highly anticipated SOUEAST S08 and S08 DM models at its showroom in Sitra, expanding options for families seeking advanced technology and everyday comfort in the kingdom.
The high-profile launch took place in the presence of YKA chairman Mohammed Farouk Almoayyed. He was joined by directors, members of the Almoayyed family, senior executives, distinguished guests and members of the media, who gathered to mark the models’ local debut.
The introduction of the vehicles represents a major milestone for Asia Motors and the SOUEAST brand locally.
The new line-up gives customers the choice between a powerful 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine (S08) with adaptive suspension, or a sophisticated Super Hybrid powertrain (S08 DM). The hybrid model offers up to 85 kilometres of pure-electric driving, ideal for daily commutes.

Designed explicitly around family lifestyle requirements, the S08 features seven flexible seats. The interior boasts a large 15.6-inch tilting touchscreen, wireless charging, a premium surround-sound system and heated and ventilated seating.
Safety is prioritised with six standard airbags alongside a comprehensive suite of intelligent driver-assistance features.
The models are available in five sophisticated exterior colours: Azure Grey, Starlit Black, Snow White, Interstellar Blue and Stream Silver.
