A private nurse has had her five-year sentence upheld in connection with stealing BD25,700 from a disabled elderly patient to settle debts back home in India.The 30-year-old was found guilty in two trials of using her 79-year-old patient’s phone to transfer funds to herself in March, and laundering the amounts stolen in July .
