Manama: Memac Ogilvy has announced the appointment of Simon Impey as the new creative director of its Bahrain office.
Mr Impey, who joins Memac Ogilvy Bahrain with more than 25 years of experience including the Middle East, will be spearheading creative direction from concept to execution, for international and local clients including American Express, VIVA Bahrain, e-Government, Starwood Hotels, Zayani Motors and others.
He will be responsible for managing the 360 degree brand stewardship team and leading them through a creative process of building campaigns to support clients’ business objectives and brand strategy.
“With his impressive international experience and diverse skill-set, Simon will not only lead the creative output for all our clients but will also help us nurture some of the best talent we have on the island,” Memac Ogilvy Bahrain managing director Ghassan Boujacli said.
Mr Impey said the firm prided itself on working with some of the most renowned brands, which he said was evident “from the impressive client roster we have at Memac Ogilvy Bahrain”.
