Health authorities today assured that all workers in a labour camp who were in contact with Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) patient are safe.
The ministry commended the company owner for his “co-operation and patriotic” spirit.
The ministry further stated that nine more people were discharged after completing treatment in isolation facilities taking the total to 44.
Meanwhile, four more positive cases were added among those who returned from Iran under the ministry’s International COVID-19 Repatriation Programme (ICRP).
It said that the Bahrainis were in the quarantine facilities, and have now been moved to isolation and treatment centres.
According to the Ministry’s website dedicated to Covid 19, a total of 9,420 cases were tested in Bahrain, of which 9, 254 were negative.
Currently, there are 83 active cases and another 83 under the ICRP.
Two active cases remain critical.
The ministry added that there were no local cases.
