The parents of that child should be jailed for their irresponsibility. Many drivers have ended up in jails for causing injuries to children whose careless parents or guardians have failed to monitor.

Some parents make my blood boil!! Keep an eye on your child! A cannon is about to go off; let my child run free!! Alhamdullah, it ended well. This could have had a disaster of an ending!! Well done to the police officer.
