Works, Muncipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam Khalaf inspected the progress of projects in the Capital Governorate.
The schemes were approved by the Cabinet, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
They include walkways in Umm Al Hasam, in addition to cycling lanes and green spaces.
The minister also inspected the progress of work on the third phase of the Prince Saud Al Faisal walkway which is part of Manama beachfront.
