JOINT co-operation was discussed between the National Space Science Agency (NSSA) and the European Space Agency (ESA).
NSSA chief executive Dr Mohammed Al Aseeri chaired the Bahraini side, highlighting NSSA activities and projects as well as ESA spatial programme.
The meeting also focused on the “Galileo” navigation system project, the “Copernicus” project for Earth observation and the “Ignos” data correction system project, in addition to a number of future and research projects.
Dr Aseeri stressed NSSA’s keenness on strengthening relations with the ESA and with various space agencies to achieve mutual benefit that serves everyone.
