BBK has signed a new partnership agreement with Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay, to provide mortgage financing for the exclusive waterfront residences connected to the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.
The property is set on a private enclave overlooking Bahrain Bay. It offers 112 homes comprising 98 luxurious apartments, eight duplexes and six penthouses.
Through this new collaboration, BBK will provide financing solutions for both citizens and residents who are interested in purchasing one of the properties in the bespoke residential development.
Homeowners will enjoy access to the neighbouring Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay with resort-style amenities, multiple restaurants, and a pristine beach just a short walk away.
The signing ceremony was attended by BBK general manager of retail banking Dr Adel Salem and representatives of marketing and retail banking at the bank, as well as Bayside Development director of sales Yusuf Haji along with several project executives on behalf of Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay.
“This agreement is part of the bank’s efforts to offer its customers upgraded financial solutions that will enable them to realise their dreams of buying a premium residential unit,” commented Dr Salem.
Meanwhile, in a separate announcement, BBK said it has signed a partnership agreement with Esterad Amwaj, the master developer of Amwaj Beachfront, to provide mortgage loans for those wishing to live and invest in the project’s residential units and own their real estate properties.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Dr Salem and Esterad Amwaj chief executive Ahmed Abdulrahman at the project’s headquarters in Amwaj Islands.
BBK stated that both Bahrainis and foreigners are eligible to obtain the financing it offers through this collaborative effort with Esterad Amwaj as it provides several advantages like quick loan application processing, property ownership, and preferential interest rates, in addition to designating a professional sales team to assist customers interested in applying for such a loan.
Dr Salem said: “This agreement demonstrates the bank’s ongoing commitment to providing real estate financing options for its esteemed customers, enabling them to take advantage of the remarkable housing and investment opportunities provided by Esterad Amwaj as part of a long-term and highly flexible financing programme.”
Amwaj Beachfront is an integrated residential complex with facilities like swimming pools, health clubs.
The project includes more than 30,000sqm of green spaces and the longest private beach in the kingdom.
