His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, marked the beginning of National Tree Week yesterday by planting a tree at Gudaibiya Palace.
He expressed his pride in the efforts of the kingdom’s workforce in implementing the initiatives of the National Action Plan to achieve carbon neutrality, as announced by His Majesty King Hamad.
The initiative was approved by the Cabinet at its session earlier in the day.
