Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) has partnered with EMIC Training Institute to launch a comprehensive training programme for 400 passenger service employees.
The initiative aims to enhance customer service standards within the aviation sector. The programme aligns with BAS’s strategy to develop its workforce and deliver exceptional services to travellers.
The signing ceremony was attended by BAS chief executive Mohammed Khalil, chief HR officer Hana Abdulwahed, and EMIC managing director Marwan Matar.
