A special Bahraini Women’s Day celebration was held by Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) to honour its high-flying female employees at the company’s Oasis Hall.
Notable guests included CEO Ali Al Baqali and Supreme Council for Women’s women information centre director Maha Sabt.
The celebration highlighted the significant contributions of Alba’s female workforce to the company’s success.
Alba is committed to empowering women by providing them with opportunities for growth and development, with each female employee averaging 152 hours of training and development this year alone.
Nearly 45 per cent of Alba’s female workforce currently hold supervisory or higher-level positions.
