Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa took part in a discussion session organised by the Atlantic Council on the fiscal and economic outlook for Bahrain. The session was held as part of his participation in the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group in Washington.
The session was moderated by Khalid Azim, Director for the Middle East and North Africa Futures Lab. It discussed key regional and global economic developments and their impact on the region’s economies.
The Finance Minister highlighted Bahrain’s ability to address economic and financial challenges. He emphasised continued efforts to enhance international economic relations to further trade and investment and ensure the sustainability of supply chains.
