The Bahrain Strongest Man Championship 2026 will be held on Saturday under the patronage of Supreme Council for Youth and Sport first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The event, to be held at Khalifa Sports City Arena in Isa Town, will feature action in three weight categories – light, middle, and heavyweight.
There will be various contests, namely Log Press, XL Bar Deadlift, Yoke Walk, Wheel of Pain, and Power Stairs.
The pre-competition technical meeting and weigh-ins are scheduled to take place on Friday.
The Bahrain Strongest Man Championship is a popular event in the kingdom, particularly amongst enthusiasts in strength sports.
