His Majesty King Hamad received a cable of support and loyalty from UAE Ambassador Fahad Mohammed Salem Kardous Al Ameri.
He commended His Majesty’s statements, affirming that it reflected his vision and commitment to safeguarding the sovereignty, security and stability of the kingdom, in response to what he described as blatant Iranian terrorist attacks targeting Bahrain, the UAE and other countries in the region.
He reiterated that the UAE, led by President Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, stands firmly with Bahrain and supports the measures it takes to protect its security, sovereignty and national gains against anyone seeking to undermine them.
Bahrain’s security is an integral part of the security of the UAE and the Gulf states, Ambassador Al Ameri said, rejecting any foreign interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs.
He stressed the need to respect state sovereignty, adhere to the principles of good neighbourliness, and avoid anything that could undermine regional stability and the security of its countries.
He also said the unity of the Bahraini people and their alignment behind His Majesty reflects a unified national position and a strong model of cohesion between leadership and people.
