The Housing and Urban Planning Ministry and Eskan Bank is to organise the eighth edition of its mobile housing finance branch initiative at City Centre Bahrain. It will run from Wednesday until next Sunday, from 10am to 10pm.
The initiative aims to strengthen direct engagement with citizens and introduce the latest housing and financing services, including the Tomouh programme and the new digital services available through the Baiti real estate platform, helping simplify access to housing options and provide on-the-spot consultations.
Representatives from the ministry and the bank will be available throughout the event to answer enquiries on housing finance programmes, explain eligibility criteria and introduce government land development rights projects as well as the housing options they offer.
Visitors will also be able to access the Baiti platform through an interactive digital screen to explore its electronic services, browse properties eligible under the Tasheel+, Tasheel and the new Mazaya programme category, and learn about the Tomouh supplementary financing programme available through the platform.
The platform will enable visitors to view available housing units, plots and apartments across the kingdom, track applications, reserve properties electronically and use the digital property valuation service, supporting faster and more efficient home ownership procedures.
The ministry noted that the initiative has continued to strengthen direct communication with citizens following the success of previous editions held at shopping malls across the kingdom, enabling the ministry and Eskan Bank to reach more beneficiaries and provide housing finance consultations and information directly.
